Red Shawl Day is a nationally observed day for remembering and raising awareness of the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and 2-Spirit peoples (MMIWG2S) who have been disproportionately marginalized and targeted throughout history.
“Bring Her Home” follows three Indigenous women – an artist, an activist, and a politician – as they fight to vindicate their missing and murdered relatives who have fallen victims to the growing epidemic across Indigenous communities. Treats will be provided by Native baker Abaigeal Dempsey.
